dragonmagelet, which will chronicle my mishaps and adventures as I try to realize my dream of becoming a midwife. I realized that most of my friendlist on my other journal don't necessarily want to read about my exciting thoughts on childbirth and all the gushy female stuff (and smelly female stuff) that goes along with it, so rather than making a filter I decided to make a new journal for it altogether. I may end up friendslocking most of the entries here, because I'm paranoid, although, who knows! I might surprise myself. For right now, it's totally public. Either way, I'm not going to be censoring myself here: there will be many long feminist rants and very explicit descriptions of whatever I happen to encounter. I'm not interested in pussy-footing around anybody's delicate sensibilities, so read at your own peril.
That said, feel free to friend away! I'll even friend you back, probably. I welcome advice and encouragement, warnings and well-informed opinions; if for some reason you feel compelled to flame here, try to resist the urge. Elsewise I'll have to lock the place up, and that's no fun at all.
